This TOU was last updated on 11/25/08. You may download this version of the TOU and use it to replace the one in your purchased product. TOU's are not retro-active, however the terms in this TOU are now S4H / S4O friendly - and you may use this version with previously purchased kits - if you choose.

I’m so glad that you have chosen my Professional Use Product. If you use this product, I’d love to see what you have done with it. You can email me the link (or ask me questions) at happyscrapgirl AT live DOT com


You may:

1.) use Happy Scrap Girl Products in your personal scrapbooking layouts (printed and/or digital), your digital scrap design products and small (home-based) business “Scrap-for Hire” projects, provided the following terms are met.

2.) use these items to create kits for sale, and/or freebies to make available to the public, as long as they are in a flattened png or jpg format. This includes collaborations with other designers.

3.) use these items to make pages for paying clients

4.) use this product in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication - you must give credit to Happy Scrap Girl Designs

5.) credit does not have to be given to me in your TOU file, but it is appreciated.

6.) Use products in personal blog headers- provided you credit me, Happy Scrap Girl Designs. A link to my shop or blog would also be appreciated.


You may NOT:

1.) You may not offer them in any other template collection for free or for sale, but feel free to use them in designs when making a kit or elements.

2.) You may not use these items to make any other commercial use/ designer resource product – however, you may use them to create kits that are S4O/S4H friendly.

3.) share, loan, copy, rent, sell or distribute Happy Scrap Girl products (in whole or part) to anyone at anytime (this includes relatives, friends or other household members) in their original format. They must be altered in some way (recoloring is fine)

4.) you may not "transfer" this item to someone else if you do not plan on using it again. you may not "trade" or give away this item to anyone else for their use. Once you purchase it, it is for YOU only.

1.) They may NOT be used for websites (other than personal blogs), auction templates, etc. without express written permission, and in some cases an additional license fee may be required. I can be contacted at happyscrapgirl AT live DOT com

2.) use Happy Scrap Girl products in a fashion that is obscene, pornographic, or illegal in nature.
